Invitation to the Screening of IMANI’s Video Documentary; “The First 100 Days: Promises, the Budget, the Story so far”
April 18 @ 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
For close to a decade, IMANI Africa has been rigorously analysing government’s policy proposals with the aim of making recommendations for effective policymaking.
In the lead up to the 2016 general elections, we continued with the implementation of our IMANIfesto project, an assessment framework whose overall objective is to advance sound policy response to socio-economic problems through manifesto analysis and tracking.
As part of our post-election activities, we have produced a video documentary titled “The First 100 Days: Promises, the Budget, the Story so far” which aims at:
- assessing the first 100 days of the Nana Addo-led government within the context of its 2016 manifesto promises;
- determining the government’s ability to deliver on its mandate using the 2017 Budget Statement and Economic Policy;
- and setting the pace for government policy agenda.
The video documentary will feature our IMANIFesto’s work including our yet-to-be released First 100 Days Report on the government of Ghana, experts’ opinion from other think tanks and secondary research.
As part of efforts to make this important exercise as inclusive as possible, we are inviting you to a public screening of the documentary scheduled to come off at the BOTSIO AUDITORIUM, ALISA HOTEL, NORTH RIDGE at 5:00pm on TUESDAY APRIL 18, 2017.
Kindly confirm your participation and please remember the auditorium fills up quickly. Please RSVP Constance on 0554309966 or email firstname.lastname@example.org .
