Financial information for the year 2016
The year saw an increase in the number of donor-funded events which led to an increase in the total income. Below is a list of donors and project activities that were executed for the year 2016.

Expenditure pattern shows sixty-four (64%) of the income for the period was used for projects and programs. Some of these projects and programs have been stated above. Also, twenty-two (22%) percent was expended on administrative and operational costs. During the period, IMANI organized various capacity building programs for its research and administrative staff. This represents eight percent (8%) of the total expenditure for the year under review. Six percent (6%) of the expenditure for the 2016 period represented the cost of publications.
