Through a rigorous selection process, we recruit fresh graduates and other young Africans with leadership potential and promise to effect positive change in the political and civil space to be enrolled into our fellowship program. The Fellowship program is extensive, practical and offer mentorship opportunities to further develop their potential in academic research, advocacy among others. The recruited fellows will have the responsibility of publishing not less than two (2) research papers a year on IMANI's Platforms (websites and affiliate journals).
The research papers are published in two major African academic journals and on our dedicated website.
Our goal is not merely to develop leaders but ones who have a deep appreciation for the principles of strong intellectual rigor, value for money and transparency.
